Aerial Hoop is a beautiful performance art that combines dance, circus skills, strength and flexibility. A steel hoop is suspended from a point and acrobatic tricks can be performed underneath, inside or on top of the hoop.
Sophie teaches aerial hoop from complete beginners to intermediate/advanced level and is SpinCity Certified to teach. Aerial fitness is for anyone no matter what level of fitness or strength, age, size, shape or flexibility. Everyone starts out as a beginner. Classes are welcoming, friendly and open to all.
