Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop is a fantastic full body workout that combines dance, circus skills and strength. It's excellent fun and a great way to meet new people, develop your confidence and try something totally new! In beginners' class, Sophie will teach you the basic mounts, dismounts, beginners shapes, strengthening exercises and some drops and rolls. Aerial fitness is for anyone no matter what level of fitness or strength, age, size, shape or flexibility. All you need is a willingness to try something new and you will surprise yourself at how much you will achieve.

What do I wear?

Please wear leggings or jogging bottoms and a top that covers your stomach and back that does not ride up or fall over your face when upside down.

A leotard with leggings is also fine. Either bare feet or socks.

It is highly recommended NOT to wear shorts.

Please tie long hair back and remove loose jewellery.

Please also bring a bottle of water.

Private Lessons

Sophie offers privates in aerial hoop. From choreographing a routine, nailing that nemesis move, competition training and improving your technique.

Private classes can help you develop your skills and concentrate on your goals. Or maybe you just prefer class on your own away from large groups where your instructor can work with you solely and spot you throughout.
